Whether you're a hobbyist or professional drone pilot,DroneMapsmakes it easy to view FAA Sectionals and UAS FacilityMaps. You'lluse the compass icon to center the map on yourlocation. Then clickon the layer icon to select a base layer andoverlay. Base layersinclude Google Maps and FAA Sectionals. You cantoggle UAS FacilityMaps as an overlay on one of the base layers.UAS Facility Mapsshow the maximum altitudes around airports wherethe FAA mayauthorize part 107 UAS operations without additionalsafetyanalysis. These maps DO NOT authorize operations in theseareas atthe depicted altitudes – they are for informationalpurposes ONLY.DroneMaps is a work in progress and I plan onreleasing more layersin the near future.
